Final spot on Gengar raid
I'm debating on who to use on my last slot against Gengar between Dragonite and Tyranitar.
The Dragonite is 3409 CP, 15/15/10 A/D/S, DT/O
The Tyranitar is 2792 CP, 15/14/10, B/C
Pokebattler has Dragonite with a Time to Win of 161.3s and 6 deaths.
The Tyranitar is at 163s and 8 deaths.
I was initially going with Dragonite just due to the greater DPS, but I feel Tyranitar might do better because it would get its charge moves off more frequently in the last spot.
Which of these would do best in the final slot? The rest of my team all has greater DPS than these last two.

The amount of deaths doesn't matter if you're at your 6th mon unless your first 5 are extremely glassy.
I would pick the TTar. Not even because I don't think that Dragonite could get a half bar with a low energy quick move as fast as a TTar could get 1/3 bar of energy with a high energy quick move, but because Crunch has a really early damage window whereas Outrage has an extremely late damage window.
Honestly doesn't make much of a difference with those numbers, you'll be finishing the raid well ahead of the clock either way. I'd use Dragonite at least against Focus Blast so you don't need to dodge with your last mon. Tyranitar's survivability goes up by quite a bit if you look at movesets not including Focus Blast.
