where is C/DP Machamp.

So that this mean C/CC Heracross is better than C/CC Machamp?

This was finding there dps and DP dps is worse but its overall damage is better.

Yes.

With higher defense and CP it can tank more hits than a machamp.

How is the average calculated? For combo moves cycle dps is the metric to be used to compare non dodging performance.

The top list (dps) can be not much more than a comparison of bast ATT.
They are all the same moveset (except for 2), so the only difference is their base attack.

I think there's something wrong with your calculations, I went to pokebattler and set the following:
Defender: P/HB Blissey
Both Attacker and defender at lvl 30 with 100% IV's
Attacker, Non dodging, defender expected simulation.

The results are as follows:
C/DP Machamp: deals 620 damage over 46.3 s = 13.39 DPS
C/CC Heracross: deals 599 damage over 39.7 s = 15.08 DPS

Because there's no pokemon that can beat a blissey without dodging, they both die, but Macham lasts 6.6 seconds longer and deals 21 more damage, even with a lower DPS.

Actually I think a Tyranitar B/SE can if it is not a DG Blissey. It also barely misses with HB. Psychic Blisseys can be beaten even without dodging though (both lv 30 perfect IVs).

For one I hate that site it is inaccurate and for two i juat added defense and stamina together so defence may be less important than stamina but yah that site is garbage

It's only inaccurate as the info given to it or the lack of understanding of the user looking for particular results.

That site is the widely accepted standard for battle and dps simulations...and has been vetted by many.

I think, i understand your reasoning. The definition of def + sta as a kind of "tankiness" is nonsense indeed.
