Feb 3 ex wave-got a pass for a gym visited weeks ago

As mentioned. I got pass depsite only having done a raid at the gym way before the 1 week cutoff niantic seems to use. I rmb in testing phase people used to get passes for raids they did even a month ago so is this wave similar? I only did that one raid so bronze badge.

It is a weird date and the invites rolled out after the invites for the 8th... So it may be testing of another EX pokemon?

It takes place in two days instead of the usual, higher number. Very interesting indeed!

I still think it's going to be Mewtwo, though. They've done weird stuff like this before (We all remember the same-day invites, no?)

I don't really remember the same-day invites. Our invites rolled in the 18th of December and ever since, so I didn't keep track of who received what before that. So this is really the first weird thing happening for EX raids in my memory. Ah well, we'll see what we're going to get. I need a better Mewtwo anyway.

Well whatever it is I am glad! Haha. Good luck to everyone now that I can tentatively say Niantic is making it easier for us all provided we raid selectively and accurately (time wise)

I did an Absol at 745am, got the EX for it by noon. Granted I’ve raided there dozen+ times. Got Jan 31st, Feb 3rd, Feb 8th

I was really happy the 8th turned out to be at 530pm...then the 3rd on a Saturday surprised me (not it being at that gym, just that it leapfrogged the other). The one I caught on 31st was 2198 (12-10-10)...I’m due for a much better one—not having to leave work early is a big bonus, too

Pretty much had all motivation to play the game shattered last night.
Almost the entire towns player base got a pass for a gym we'd been targeting. myself and possibly two other regulars missed out on one but over 50 got passes.
