Pretty difficult to choose just one.
I'd say these are my top 5 faves (not counting whether they're good in battle or not):
1. Charizard
2. Gyarados (especially the shiny ones)
3. Arcanine
4. Flareon
5. Meganium

mine was dragonite since pokemon came out when I was 6. when gen 4 hit it changed to lucario, I love him so much!! third favorite is mimikyu as he has the saddest story ever and he just needs love. should mention I also have those 3 along with mewtwo and a pokeball tattooed on me ^_^

Raichu - So thankful for TMs. Now I have a TS/WC Raichu that is a lot of fun to use. He was my first favorite as a kid

Jolteon - Going back to the show I always enjoyed how loyal Jolteon was and I always liked electric types for being fast hard hitters. He's still a go to attacker for me with TS/TB

Venusaur - Going back to the show...bulbasaur was always a favorote of mine because of loyalty and attitude. As such he was my starter of choice. Also one of the few good grass types early on.

Remoraid - amazingly realistic animation
Yanma - amazingly realistic animation
Muk, Grimer and Ditto (their baby)

Dragonair - disappointing what it evolves into

Swinub - that movement
Totodile family - great animations
Raichu with Christmas hat

Dragonite! It took out ash's charizard so it had to be awesome!

Difficult to chose, but I'll go with these three:

Sudowoodo - Not sure why, but I just like it.
Teddiursa - Because it's so freakin' cute!
Snorlax - Simply because it makes me think of Totoro from the movie "My Neighbor Totoro".
