Pidgeot (Wish Hurricane was a killer attack)
Raticate (Hyper Beam FTW)
Lickitung (Why did Snorlax get to hog the L/HB combo?!)
Jumpluff (Why isn't it a Grass tank a la Vileplume and Victreebell?)
Ditto (Does it count?)

I've always liked my PJ/HP tentacruel (even brought it to 30 along the way), Starmie (not really garbage, but totally overshown by vape, I have 6 even though only 1 has a useful moveset), and Kingler.

Noctowl and Xatu are growing on me.

Double Rock! I did the Pokebattler simulation this level 20: 170cp vs Moltres Boss FS/O...6 of these would last 60 secs.
@level 30 they would last 108 secs

I assume garbage as in things that have no use. If so then I gave a slew of Pokemon ready for gen 4 just sitting around like a duck. Murkrows, magneton, lickitung, ext. If it gets an evolution in gen 4, I have it's pre evolve form in multiples just waiting.
