Fast TM, Machamp BP/CC or Gyarados B/O ?

I have a 96 Machamp with Bullet Punch/Close Counter and 87 Gyarados with Bite/Outrage, which should the fast tm go to?

machamp, leave that gyarados dont worth dust or tms just use it if you feel or leave it in a gym

But Gyarados with dragon moveset will be a great counter against raid boss Dragonite wont he?

Lapras
Cloyster
Jynx
Piloswine
and Dragonite.

Bite/Outrage is still pretty good against Dragonite. Easier to dodge with, anyway.

Machamp all the way. After the gym rework, Gyarados has lost its only use: sitting on top of gyms.

I would do both eventually, but clearly Machamp goes first.

I will use it on machamp, B/O Gyarados is good enough for me
Gyarados has many different charge moveset, i will use it as a filler for raid boss if i dont have 6 ideal mons for a raid team.
Gary with B/O can wait its chances for dragonite raid boss if there is one in the future..
