Fast Move Boost

Just noticed that every fast move now has a +10 boost not depending on wheather....have i missed something?
And if is a glitch is just a visual glitch or the +10 damage is effective?

Wow, good find. If it is for real, it must be to balance for PvP. However that makes faster fast moves really valuable. E.g. I'd imagine it makes psycho cut way better than confusion....

Probably a visual glitch, if it was a fast move buff they'd probably just change the value instead of using the weather buff thing.

Fury cutter new best fast move in the game! 32.5 DPS plus 15 EPS tops both categories!

But yeah - almost certainly a visual glitch.

From what I can tell it's visual. Raid performance hasn't been noticeably any different.
