I predict it'll be a slow but strong move like Dragon Tail. Here's how it would look versus Palkia (As Rayquaza, Dragonite and Salamence are doubly weak to Ice)

Well looking at this graph I believe Togekiss wont get a good Fairy attack, whether fast or charged I dont know. But that DPS and TDO cannot happen, its just too good

Agreed. It'll probably get Air Slash and Extrasensory with Dazzling Gleam, Psychic and Hyper Beam or something. If it gets Sky Attack it'll be a good Flying Type though!

Togekiss needs Air Slash as one of its fast moves. Looking at just Togekiss, ideally Fairy Wind would be a faster alternative.

Disarming Voice needs to be changed into a fast move. That could be a longer ~1.1s fast move.

I like the idea of Disarming Voice or Draining Kiss as fast moves just because the animation would look like them constantly screaming or vigorously making out with the enemy pokemon
