Extrasensory vs Bullet seed

Do you prefer ES or BS with Exeggutor? With ES he is more generalist attacker against for example Blissey (Of course still very strong against water and rock/ground mons) and with BS more like a water and rock/ground specialist. Tell me which do you consider the best fast move of Eggman in terms of attacking.

I would go with Bullet Seed just for the potential double-weakness exploitation. Extrasensory imo is better for defense but you are attacking not defending.

For Raids, BS for STAB and SE into bosses like Vaporeon. Charge move SoB or SeB. ES is better for generalist attacker but new gyms are so easy to beat that BS will do.

^ This too. It is true that raids are more vulnerable to grass than psychic.

And Rhydon, but because Alakazaam doesn't come to everyone. I wouldn't mind double Psychic for Machamp raids. pretty much if both attacks are the same type, it is useful lol

I'll dissent from the other opinions offered here. BS does far less damage than ES and both get STAB, so basically it comes down to needing DOUBLE weakness in order to make BS better than ES.

I haven't seen the calculations since the STAB update. Used to be Bullet Seed was only marginally better against a double weakness. With STAB and super effective changes, Bullet Seed might be a lot closer even against a single weakness.

Single weakness before the update was still more dps than ES with the changes there's no question.

If you want to use Exegg against blissey/snorlax then go ES but for raids no question to go both grass moves. There's better attackers against snorlax anyway than to use Exegg.

I like Bullet Seed better. Only takes 6 to fill up a bar for Solar Beam.
