Expert Handler Bonus Data?

Does anybody know how does the so called "Expert Handler Bonus" affect the catch rate? (With this, I mean for iPhone users wha have access to the AR+). Is it equivalent to a curve ball bonus, or excellent? Any information? Any maths done already? Thanks in advance for your answers!

Is AR+ only available on iphone x? I have an 8+ and cant seem to turn the feature on..
