With the new updates, what would be the ideal movesets for Exeguttor? Both on offense and defense?
I have a 95% IV Exeguttor with ZH/Solar beam before the update, is it still worth keeping/powering up, or should I focus on one with Confusion/Solar Beam instead?

ZH/SoB will do the job, but would be far from preferential for me.
I rate them like this...
C/SoB - best dps but clunky for dodging
Bullet Seed/SoB - very good as long as Bullett Seed is hitting into something where it is SE, then it can match ES. When it is not SE, it is clearly weaker than ES
Extrasensory/SoB - my choice...fast for the dodge, and fast for energy - and better dps than BulletSeed.
These are your choices...you just need to pick which suits your style best.
Yes and no.. It all comes down to preference and what you would rather have, do you want more DPS or more EPS? Now imo I am not a big fan of Bullet seed because it doesn't produce that much DPS even with STAB but Is the best EPS quick move atm compared to ZH and ES. Also after looking they do both have different counter match ups. With Bullet Seed since it's a grass type move it will be SE against water, ground and rock types where as ES and ZH since they are psychic type more SE against Fighting and Poison types. Now does that mean you can't use your ZH/SoB or ES/SoB to take down vaporeons? No, but if you can get one with Bullet seed and SoB it would be a hard counter to water, rock, and ground types since there both grass type moves. So in all it comes down to preference and which ideal moveset your content with.
