Exeggutor w/ Extrasensory and Psychic

I'd say neither, largely because of Psychic. After the move rebalance, that move is now outright bad.

Even Petal Blizzard is better than it.

It's adequate for either use. Psychic is underpowered, but it launches pretty fast, so it's a little more dodge-friendly as an attacker, and a little more likely to hit as a defender (compared with solar beam). I wouldn't invest a lot of candy & dust into it, though.

Mediocre attacker - psychic isn't good on attack (though it's not awful).

Mediocre defender - ES is poor on defense.

Worth keeping around, but not worth powering up.

A tanky psychic attacker but horrible for defence.

For attack no but for defense its actually decent since ES gains EPS pretty fast and psychic is hard to dodge and if you look on gamepress it technically is the second best defensive moveset you can get besides the legacy movesets and ES/Seed Bomb.

For attack, definitely not as fast as ES/SoB, ZH/SoB, or even BS/SoB, coz SoB, being having the highest base dmg power in PoGO right now, is a huge factor for exeggutor's high dps.
