Exeggutor Fast TM

I have two max'd Exeggutor's both with Legacy quick moves, a C/SB and ZH/SB. Should I use a Quick
TM on the one with ZH since Both ES and BS are better dps?

No, moves can change...keep all STAB legacy and evolve new, or simply, get a raid boss one...(for eggs).

This. Unless you have a bunch of them, you should almost never dump a legacy move for a new one that's still available.

1666 BS/SB

I don't have another ZH/SB but I do have others with Zen Headbutt. I just find ZH slow and having one max'd that's not a great attacker seems pointless in this meta where defenders have no value.
