Exeggutor for Attack

I think the first one, does not need much candies to reach level 20, and its iv is way better.

Run a battle simulator to check if the 15 atk one will do more damage when all 3 are at the same level, presumably lvl 30 since that's the level most ppl power up to.

If candy and dust isn't an issue, the first one has to be the choice. The 15 attack is nice, but the 15 HP is also key to charge up solar beam as quick as possible.
