Conf/Solar Exeggutor is not as crucial as before, as Vaporeon has fallen from grace and there are more options for taking on Normal-type tanks, but a 98% one is still a solid investment (and a good attacker into Groudon), unless you are short on stardust.

98IV Legacy C/SoB Exeggutor? I would.

For SoB groudon, I will use 3 C/SoB Eggy in my lineup, all 2600 and up. The C/SoB Eggy also really good for Machamp and they contribute to other raids and gym clearing reasonably well. I like to use Eggy for defenders, too. They hurt attacking fighting types people use for Blissey, Snorlax, and Chansey. (Although it is C/P and C/Se that are particularly good in that role.)

I have a similar 98% exeggutor and keep it maxed out (currently lvl 38 for 2826 cp). It's my most used pokemon, over 1500 wins.

Only thing that really beats it against Blissey/Snorlax is Focus Blast Mewtwo - but even that isn't true anymore with the weather system (weather here is Sunny over 90% of the time)
