Exeggcute Dilemma
Since I got no exeggcute with above 80% IV in the event ans nearly all good cp eggs had terrible IVs I wonder what the IVs should be at leat to evolve one.
I have a hatched one with 84% at which I don't know if it's enough cause the calculator shows that at lv 30 the difference between 84% and perfect IV is already 65 cp. The problem is that exeggcute is pretty rare in my area and I got nearly 250 candies through the event but actually don't want to waste them cause of their rarity for me.
Maybe I could evolve the 84 one? Waiting for one from an egg with better IVs seems harsh if you get 4 goldeens in a row.

You have 250 candies. Just evolve one or 2 exeggcutes at level 29-30. If you get the right moveset, you have an awesome attacker at 0 cost. If you get a fail moveset, well, you would never power it up so you will just end up with a useless mon. But if it's at lvl 30 already, you can potentially make some use of it.
