I got an Ex pass yaaaaayyyy Oh wait ! Nooooo I'll be 8 823km away :(
I'll be in Thailand and the invite is in Rome. I'd actually maybe consider making the trip if I didn't have a M2 yet. That would be an about 600€ M2.
Anyway I was just wondering if by any chance anyone heard any reports of people successfully contacting niantic and getting another Ex invite at another location in a situation similar to mine ?

Try contacting them, you never know, maybe you can convince them to do so.

Afaik, someone from my local raiding group had a similar situation (w/ the Ex-raid invitation bug) and after reporting it to Niantic received a couple (I think it was 5) raid passes...

You may get a few premium passes, but you will not be able to exchange it for another EX raid.
