EX raid boss invitation criteria
I am very frustrated by the result that I myself have raided every single raid in the week in 2 parks in my city which have the recent record of ex pass handed out, but still I have not received any invitation. All of the gyms are in silver badge. I have raided in the last day Ho-oh with one of my friends in the same gym at the same time, which she has already received invitation once.
It end up that she end up getting the invitation for the second time while I never have received one. In this week she has done only one raid which is with me, while I have done several times.
How is this even possible? or even fair for the player who spend more on the raid passes and not getting any invitation?

I am on the other side of this exact scenario.
A mate has raided our nearest EX park every day, every raid - and got nothing.
I did 2 raids this week at the park in question - both with him - and I got the pass and he missed out.
You are put out (and rightly so) as you missed out after all that effort, and your friend probably feels a bit guilty (I know I do) that they got it and you missed out.
Don't get me wrong...I am pumped and a little excited about my chance at an EX, but it is somehow tainted a little by the scenario.
Does it really need to be like this...?
I wonder if the people I raided with at a sponsored gym (who don't know me, some weren't very friendly) will hate me for getting an EX-raid pass.... I'm no noob nor casual (lvl 39), but this was only my 3rd legendary raid (which they don't know, and I won't tell ;) and they're apparently a raid group.
Why did Niantic create a system that divides and alienates?
