Evolve Legacy movesets

Omastar and Gengar's best movesets are legacy (RT, SC). I do have some old Omanyte and Gastly/Haunter, from the time the legacy moveset still existed.

If I evolve these mons now do I have a chance to et the legacy movesets?

No. You were only avadible to get a legacy move by evolving into that mon at the time they were not legacy. (Sadly)
