Evolve and Max out ?

I have enough candies to power up and max out to lvl40 , but have a limit stadust,
Here they are :
1- lvl22 Treecko 96% A14 D15 S14
2- lvl21 Torchic 96% A13 D15 S15
3- lvl35 Ralts 87% A15 D9 S15
I usually power up anything from 91% with 15ATK, but the three pokemons above are just acceptable with only one condition. Sorry for my bad English

Just evolve the ralts, from 35 to 40 is a lot of candy and you could evolve and power up a second better ralts with that candy. For the other two, i would try to hunt for better ones with higher IV/level.

Agreed.
Torchic’s finally evolution is very outclassed by Machamp and Hariyama because of Dynamic Punch, and both Pokémon are easily obtainable.
Treecko’s final evolution is almost too much of a glass cannon to be that useful versus other options (Raikou, Zapdos, Exeggutor). It’s still useful, but certainly not worth maxing out.

Level 30 should be enough for Torchic/Blaziken and Treecko/Sceptile.
