Evidence: male and female Raichu

This is my Raichu after the update.

Another one is from [https://pokemongo.gamepress.gg/q-a/are-you-seeing-female-raichu], another post from yesterday in the pre-update version.

*My Raichu looked exactly the same as the other one before the update.

Their tails are different.

Before I updated all my Pika were male and all my Raichu were female.
I did the update and everything is male again

My Santa hat Raichu is now wearing a white hat. I don't know what he or she is.

According to players' responses, this is just a minor tail fix from the female model to male model.
