Is this espeon worth it?

I evolved a 13/14/15 eevee into espeon using the name trick and got confusion and psychic as moves.
It will cost 115000 dust to max out. Roughly 1/3 of what I have. Is it worth it? As a defender perhaps since she gets decently high cp?

It's a close situation, but I wouldn't recommend powering it up. Psychic is probably the worst defensive move, and eevee candy is quite valuable so I would keep that espeon as a prestiger. However, if you really don't have anything else to spend on, that could be a very good, though not optimal pokemon.

So what if it's the worst defensive move? It's most useful as an attacker anyway, and although they sit high in gyms their actual combat ability as defenders isn't that great due to low HP, so the difference in charge moves isn't that big of a deal when you'd only expect them to use 100 energy before they faint.

I agree with you. I used my Espeon 2100 vs a Dragonite 2800 or 3000 don't remember but it was way higher and Espeon killed it. I have Zen headbutt and Future Sight and it's 97,8%. Espeon IS NOT a defender. You got confusion which is pretty good. Better than my Zen headbutt. I'm going to power this up. Not max. I won't max any pokemon since it's a lot of candy and I dont know how people can have 800.000 dust do they play pokemon 24/7?

Do you need a neutral attacker? Espeon's good at that - basically an Alakazam with slightly more HP. 20 more base stamina is 15 extra HP at level 30, which goes a long way if you dodge every move and hit hard in between each dodge.

Psychic isn't as good as Future Sight but it's still a really strong move. Confusion has 15 EPU so you're looking at 7 uses before you reach full energy assuming you dodge rather than take more damage to gain more energy, so a damage cycle is 7 confusions + charge move, with Psychic you're looking at 240 base damage per cycle compared to 260 with Future Sight, cycle time is more or less the same so just compare damage for the sake of simplicity. No need to factor in STAB because all moves have it so they cancel out.

240 / 260 = 0.923076923 i.e. one damage cycle with Psychic will deal ~92% of the damage of one damage cycle with Future Sight, which shouldn't be a deal-breaker.

As a defender they have the same weakness as Alakazam in terms of defending ability, low HP. Good max CP though less than Vaporeon, which could make a difference if your area is extremely competitive.

Given it's IVs and arguably second best moveset, I'd say take what you're given. The chances of you getting a better Espeon are quite slim, and in my opinion not worth the risk and effort compared to the one you have currently - you need one with better IVs, then you need to get the best moveset (1 in 6), and then there's evolving the Espeon, which if the rumors are true, requires you to walk 10km with that Eevee as your buddy, which also means losing out on a potential 2 Dratini/Snorlax/Chansey/Larvitar candy (or whatever your buddy is) each time you want to try for a better Espeon for a rather small gain that you probably won't notice.

Zen Headbutt + Future Sight should have similar cycle DPS in theory to Confusion + Psychic but if dodging it depends on number of attacks between dodges, which depends on what you're battling. If you can get 2 Zen Headbutts in between dodges it'll be better, if only 1, then Confusion's better
