Espeon vs Vaporeon! Help!

Hi!
I have two Eevees for evolving.
One is perfect (mi first perfect pokemon). The other one is 95,5%. I was saving it in case umbreon doesnt sucks (because it my favorite eevolution), but it sucks.
Vaporeon have a higher max cp, so the 100% makes it more viable for defense. But I have bad luck with gambling for a vape.
In the past I had 4 95% IV Eevees
5 93% Eevees and two 97% eeves. All Flareons and Jolteons.
Mi highest vaporeon is 91% and my second highest 86%.
I dont know if make it sure with an espeon and umbreon, or gamble hoping a vape. (I will probably max out the perfect one anyways).

I also have one 91% and one 86% waiting for evolve.

So.... what would you do ?

Would've gone for the Espeon personally, but there's no "correct" answer, just a question of how much risk you want to take.

What power combos would you want for espeon?

I myself would keep looking for that Vaporeon.

Just one guy's opinion, but Umbreon is also my favorite eeveelution so as soon as I knew what the naming trick for it was, that's what my best Eevee became :)

Maybe not the most practical choice, but some things you do just for love of the game.

Espeon has pretty good stats 2 and only a bit less max cp. So neither is bad, but espeon is safer. And you need to evolve one to espeon eventually soI'd probably go with the safer option here

Do you want a 40% chance of Vap or Esp; or a 100% chance of Esp? I would take the sure thing.
