espeon vs machamp
How to use it ? I'm really awful at dodging and confusion makes it so difficult. I don't need espeons. I have a team strong enough to solo successfully weather boosted machamp. I have a lvl30 ho-oh E/BB that does a wonderful job, a lvl30 M2 with C/SB and a D-nite with Hurricane that do well, a good alakazam that do better than any of my espeon. But it doesn't matter I want to solo machamp with espeon only, as a useless challenge. I have 6 of them with cp ranging from 2958 to 2270, 5 of them with C/FS and one C/PB. I fail all the time before the clock. The raid 3 guide says to aim at 2 FS per espeon but to me that is unrealistic especially vs heavy slam. Would switching to zenheadbutt help with dodging ?

What the raid guide says is absolutely correct, you need to get 2 Future Sight off per Espeon if you want to succeed. The raid log at the lower right is the first thing to show the boss is using the charge move. As long as you aren't in an animation when that happens, you can just start mashing dodge after you see the Heavy Slam text. Espeon's DPS is easily good enough that you can afford to waste time on dodging too much or delaying your charge moves a few times to make sure you are able to dodge every charge move.
Changing to Zen Headbutt may help, but its DPS is lower.
BOOOOOOOM BOOOOoooooOOOOMMMM I did it ! I just did it !!! Can't beleive I did it ! So proud !
It was weather boosted ! Dynamic punch machamp solo'd by 6 espeons. My 6th one fainted at aroud 55 I think I had to max revive my 2 strongest espeons and rejoin. I'm considering getting 2 more espeons to make it easier by not having to use max revives before rejoining.
I tm'd 3 of my espeons to zen headbutt but it didn't really help i'm still awful at dodging and I surely didn't get 2 future sight per espeons. Also I love psy beam and it could be better for someone like me who stuggle with dodging because it's a 2 bar move and I'm always able to get 3 or 4 of these before fainting.
