Espeon Power up?

Leave it, psychic is much worse than FS after the update.

Psychic isn't a very good charged move, so I'd say better leave it alone and better luck next time.

Your asking if you should power it up 2 levels? Um sure? I don't think that will really make much of a difference.

I wouldn't power it up since psychic is just bad. Don't take my word for it, try it out and see how it feels
