Espeon moveset.

Give more information.
What Espeons (moveset, lvl or CP, IV) do you have?
What IV does that particular Espeon have?
What will be the purpose of this Espeon?

I would wait. Looks like you already have two good Alakazams. Save your TMs for something else, like a Tyranitar.

I 100% definitely wouldn't risk the CTM. I personally like Confusion because it hits so hard, especially vs Machamp and Gengar.

So my advice is somewhere between A and D and it's up to you to decide do you actually NEED it to have better moves?

TBH I don't think Espeon is worth any CTM or FTM.

However, as you have ZH/P now, I would use a FTM if you have more of those (More people have FTM than CTM) and be done with C/P.

Walk another high level Eevee and hope for better.

you don't have many TMs, I would keep it as it is. neither zen headbutt or psychic are bad moves, they are just slightly worse than the best moves. level 30 espeons are still able to do machamp raids with time to spare regardless of moveset.

psychic has no advantages over future sight but is close enough in effectiveness to not be worth TMing especially when charge TMs are the rarer of the two TMs and you have so few.

zen headbutt isn't completely worse than confusion as it builds energy faster and is slightly better for dodging, so while in theory confusion is better, if zen headbutt allows you to get an extra charge move off before fainting - either because you were able to dodge or because of the higher energy gain - it can perform just as well or better than confusion.

it's going to become obsolete when you get a mewtwo anyway, so don't put too much importance on optimising it, it just needs to be good enough to solo machamp raids, which it is.

I will try it first for solo raid machamp or gengar, and see if i like it or not
FTM is easy, one use and you will get the moveset
CTM on the other hand can be problematic if your unlucky..
Personally i like ZH more for espeon, i can dodge more comfortably with it than confusion in solo tier 3 raid (espeon is still fragile, so dodging is essentials for me)
I like FS for Espeon, so its your call to CTM it or not
But again, personally i will wait till i have more CTM
