Espeon move set

Best attacking move set is either ZH or C/ FS depending on attacking style. ZH/Psy I'm guessing should be 80-5% of it? It's a solid generalist attacking move set, but Psy should be its worst charge move. But don't dwell on it you can always obtain more Espeon by walking 10km w/ Eevee and evolving during daytime hours. Congrats on a awesome Pokemon and enjoy it!

Best offensive moveset : ZH/FS
Best defensive moveset : C/PB

You can also try yours for prestiging or attacking gyms. Even if it's not the optimal moveset he may do the job as needed. I personally prefer ZH over C when it comes to attacking gyms but your personal preferences may differ.

C/FS is the best attacking moveset

C/FS is technically the best moveset on offense, but many prefer ZH because it's slightly less DPS but easier to dodge with. It's hard to quantify "dodgeability" when comparing moves because not only is it based on user skill but dodging abilities also reduces the energy gain you get from being hit by abilities.

C/FS is definitely the best moveset on defense, and thus the best moveset overall. I don't think Espeon's defensive moveset rankings on this site are accurate because I don't think they account for dps per energy.

According to the spreadsheets I use, ZH/Psychic is 13% less effective than C/FS.
