Sometimes it registers the berry but doesn't put the berry animation on the screen. This occurs on my phone sometimes when it overheats or if "network error" is an issue. If you land a shot you should be able to feed again. But this game is glitchy AF, a lot of times there is no method to the madness.

Error message during zapdos berry feed attempt
The red "error" message started happening after a few failed throws. Everytime i tried feeding a berry the red error message would pop up. I closed out the ap and went back in and continued receiving the error message only while attempting to feed. It just wouldnt accept the berry. Frustrated, I took it as a loss and just threw a shitty curve ball that landed outside of the circle and by some miracle caught it! 1862 w/ zap cannon! I wonder if this glitch means auto catch everytime? Anyone else experience this?
