So heatran double resists steel, and super effects with fire moves, but is double weak to ground. If before people weren't using earthquake on metagross to counter cover in PvP, I have a feeling we're going to see that happening very soon.

Not to mention eve in raids, Eq metagross out DPS's machamp because double weakness to ground, though theres many better options than both against heatran, could be fun against BB/SE or IH raids.

Check again. Metagross is #65 in DPS against Heatran, below such beasts as Trapinch, #36. Machamp deals 40% more DPS than EQ Metagross.

I have no idea what data their raid graph uses. Metagross and Slaking are nowhere to be seen on either pokebattler or DPS/TDO.

Nor I but all I san say is metagross at what seems to be 35 DPS, and machamp at 32. so either metagross with earthquake is better or they dont have correct info, dont know which is correct, all I can say is thats what it says

There are so many better things to use against Heatran than Metagross though, why would you bother? Pokebattler doesn't even list Metagross as an option against either of those movesets despite showing things like Rapidash or Waterfall/Bulldoze Mew.

Thats exactly what I was saying, neither are good counters to it, as theres so many simply better options.

Though PvP wise, Eq metagross is going to be much more useful

Guessing almost any level Heatran could mop the floor with a maxed MM Metagross. Yeah, people that care about that sort of thing should/would get EQ on their MM Metagross.
