Entei IVs

I have 19 Raikou, 3 at 1900cp 93% with 15 attack. Another 1891 12/15/15. After I was 16 in had a first timer land a 1909, next raid a first catch got perfect 1913. Just continue to be better by playing more and collecting more dust and candy

I had your problem with Zapdos, 20 fought 17 caught and 3 over 90s ever seen (and the two I caught had 12 and 13 attack)

None of the Tyranitars which I caught at raids or the Larvitars hatched from eggs ever go above 89%. It's really frustrating.

No, the opposite. I have caught only 1 Entei in 4 tries. It's 91% with 15 att so I don't care about Entei any more. I'm only looking for Ttar raids, and Machamp + Vaporeon to solo.

Having the same problem with Suicune (I am in Asia). I have caught 19 but only one is over 90% (93%) next best are 3 at 87%. Personally I am happy with this and not raiding Suicune much now. My catch rate is very high even though I usually use regular berries (use gold raz only on the 90% +). I have found it MUCH harder to catch the high IV Suicune when I see them as I have missed a few at 93-96%. Could be nerves on my end but probably not as I seem to hit a lot of Great shots but the beast leaps out immediately ... as Pokemon do in a "soft ban" so I am thinking the program has already determined that I am not gonna catch it.
I think Niantic in general nerfed the IV rates early this month (ie early after the Hounds were released) as I am now finding lower IVs for nearly ALL raid bosses. I frequently do a two team vs 3 stars (esp Gengar and Alakazam) and we are not getting the high 90% IVs like we did last month and in earlier months.

Frankly, I am OK with a policy that awards fewer super high IV legendaries as they should have some scarcity factor ... but I wish Niantic would just say this is the case so that raiders will not get so frustrated and whiney. I still find lots of people who are whining about catching a 100% as if that would somehow make their life better. I admire their passion but as many of these people are too lazy to hatch a great pokemon and walk it to level 30 (i have done that many many times), I don't honestly think they deserve a super high IV legendary / Ttar / Lax etc.

Perfect Raikou on my 17th today but it ran on me. 8 balls 6 greats and 1 nice and it broke out without a shake over half the time. I guess thats a little better than not having a chance to catch it but I sure dont feel that lucky.

38 Entei raids done, 5 seen above 1900, none above 1920... what else?

16 for 22 on Raikou. Highest captured is 89%. It's also the highest one I've seen.

I feel you, I was in a worse situation up until recently. I've seen 70 Entei and caught 50. I didn't see my 98% (1926 CP) until encounter number 65. Before that, the best I'd seen was 1910 (three times), so it is entirely up to luck. The number of Entei raids I've done is literally triple the Articuno raids I've done, and while my only decent Entei is the 1926 (the second and third best I have are both 1910, but they're 13/15/14...), I have one 100% articuno, 2 98%, 2 96%, and multiple 93%. So, at the end of the day, it's all down to luck...

Suicune caught 12 the highest is 88.9% (1)
Lapras caught 17 the highest are 88.9% (5)

My problem was moltres. 35 battles and I never even saw anything above an 86iv caught or not

In the long run it will even out. But in 20-30 catches you are in no way promised something good.

1 in 216 is 100% (half get it before, the rest after).
3 in 216 are 98%
6 in 216 are 96%

Add to that the catch rate that maybe is somewhat above 50%.

My score on 75 Entei raids is one 96%, which I luckily also caught. I am certainly below the average but it starts to even out. Took 65 Entei to get one above 91%.

Personally I had to do 76 Entei raids before seeing a 1930 100% iv, and I caught it.
Before that, max I saw was 1918 twice, 1914 3 times, and a 1924 who ran away after 12 excellent curved golden berried throws...
