eggys squad

I have 5 low level (between 20 and 27) exeggutors, 4 of them with solar beam and 500k star dust. Powering up all 5 to level 30 would cost me 280k dust. If I do spend those 280k dust my team would be the following :

2500 15/15/15 extrasensory/psychic (I won't charge tm it more than once so if I get seed bomb it will stay this way, I don't have a ton of charged tms)

I have a 6th one at 2080cp with bulled seed/solar beam but the iv's are so awful (7/8/5) that I feel would be a big waste of dust. But it's already level 27 and it would get to 2311cp at level30 but more importantly it would be much cheaper than my 100% and would save me a charge tm which counts a lot to me.

Anyway my only question : would this be enough to take down vaporeon ? if not I won't spend the dust.
Would the 1st 4 be enough ? I can use as well a level 30 jolteon with thunder shock/thunderbolt, a level 30 meganium with vine whip/solar beam, a level 30 villeplume with razor leaf/ solar beam and a level 30 venusaur with razor leaf/sludge bomb and I would be more comfortable spending a charge tm on this one.
If I can get away with powering the 1st 4 and still take down vaporeon that would be perfect.

I think those 4 with jolteon and vileplume would be more than enough. Meganium is too slow, and venusaur needs solar beam. Might even be able to do it with just 3. I'd check pokebattler.

No, you won't do it with three Exeggs. You need at least 4 with SoB and probably a fifth depending on lag etc. I have 5 Exeggs, 2 lvl 34 + 3 lvl 30,5. 3 SoB + 2 SeB. All with Bullet Seed. Can take down Aqua Tail and Water Pulse, usually after a couple of tries. Have yet to succeed Hydro Pump.

Well I can confirm 3 was far from enough so I powered up the 1st 4 and it's still not enough. I'm done here I won't do a 5th one because it still won't be enough. I never get in the yellow before 90 anyway even with water pulse. In my defence I face a ton of lag everytime, if the timer start at 177 it's a miracle + this issue that I discussed here : https://pokemongo.gamepress.gg/q-a/charge-bar-progression-rewinds
I feel so pissed off. I may as well have flushed 200k star dust down the toilet. When raikou is available where I live I will do as many as I can and try to power up at least 2.

Given that you are averaging about 56000 dust to get all these mons to Lv 30, you might want to consider powering up a good zapdos or raikou instead of one of the lower Lv eggys.

A good zapdos/raikou and 4 SoB eggys can take down any moveset Vap.
