Eggs affected by Weather?

It's been Party Cloudy more than anything else here (other than Extreme Weather Advisories due to being cold and snowy). I've gotten 2 10km eggs, and both have hatched into Ralts.

They aren't Level 25, their IV's aren't unusual (both mid 80's), but the first two egg's I've gotten after Gen 3 and the Weather systems was released were for Pokémon that are positively affected by the most common weather we've been having. (I caught a Level 35 Ralts the other night - which was nice, though it only has a 60% IV or so. Sigh!)

Coincidence?
