Accumulated both fast/charge TM have been stingy to use though. Is it worth use charge for now/future meta on my lvl 30 96% ZH/Seed bomb? Fyi already have lvl 32 100% ex/sb

I would not. I like Seed Bomb on attack and it is great on defense. Esp as you have that 100% Solar Beam!

I would use a fast TM to get all-grass BS/SeB. I have one, it is great vs Vape & Rhydon.

I prefer VW/SoB Venusaur as a double grass attacker. RL/SoB is almost as good.
