One of the fun things about this is when you hatch an Egg and you get that top rating

Then you get that "Hp is it's strongest feature"
Then you get that "It's matched equally by its attack"
Then you get that "it's matched equally by its defense"

You have gone from a 1/2 of 1 percent chance to of a Perfect Pokemon, to a 33.3% chance when you hit that final button.

Since it's either 13-13-13 or 14-14-14 or 15-15-15

Another interesting way to look at this since Eggs are a minimum of 10. There are 216 combinations of numbers you can get.

Of which 81/216 37.5% would be the Second Rating
The other 62.5% would be the highest rating
So on any Egg Hatching you have roughly twice as good a chance of getting the Top Rating.

Another interesting way to spin the numbers is for the 90% or above crowd. If you are one of those who only invests dust in 90% Pokemon, you are looking at 41 or higher IVs which means 35 combos / 216 or s 16.2% chance of getting a 90%+ Pokemon from an Egg
