Just hatched a Lapras from a 10K from the egg event after the weather trio had their little hoe-down. Now, looking at the pokemon, it shows that it hatched from a 2K egg (as do all my other Laprases). Further, the legacy one with Ice beam now says it came from a raid - not possible, since I think IB was gone for Lapras before raids were a thing.

Probably something to do with the upcoming egg event. We'll see if it sorts itself out or not.

I think all egg hatches show green eggs, unfortunately. Really old hatches before a certain point show ... I thought it was a regular red pokeball but maybe it has changed to a white premier ball.

It's still red pokeball. My Tyranitar was hatched from an egg as a Lartivar.

Yes, my oldest Blissey was hatched as a Chansey, shows a red ball.

One would think they would preserve this info somehow, like they do now for what color ball you catch something with.

Look what I got when I logged in yesterday.

(When restarted everything went back to usual usual)

You mean i have caught 350 shiny pikas with all the same CP. Battled all of them to lose exact same HP and also have them all as buddy at the same time?
