Eevee to Vaporeon. Is there a second method?

The rename option only works the first time.
Is there any other way to get a garanteed Vaporeon after the first time, like Espeon and Umbreon?

aquana turned into a flareon and muzuki gave me a vaporeon. Not sure they are coincidences or not !

I tried both with my two 82%+ Eevees, got two Vaporeons. One Aqua Tail and one Hydro Pump. Not sure if the names really worked or it was pure luck, but thank you very much!

I tried Aquana just some days ago and I got a Flareon. Haven't tried Mizuki.
