Eevee help
just got a 98 IV eevee and was wondering what to do with it. I do not have a umbreon or espeon...but i am always looking for a vaporeon for good gym placement but i have used the name trick for all gen 1 already so...any thoughts? Either random evolve and hope for vape or flare w/best attack move set OR evolve into a gen 2 OR something else????

Any advice I give you is likely to turn into a disappointing evo. That's just the odds.
Espeon is good and if you could guarantee him we would discuss that.
But you can't and he isn't worth the buddy candy versus other eevolutions at all.
You have a low chance of getting a huge moveset like Jolteons or Flareon's best but we both know that chance is what it is. This is still your best move. But you are still hamstrung by RNG. Pretty much any Vape has at least a useful moveset.
A guy asked the same last week and hit the motherload with the Flareon moveset. I hope you have the same luck.
