Eevee evolve

Hi guys! Recently caught this eevee lvl 30 and i don't know in what to evolve into.I have two good Vaporeon and plenty of good Arcanine and a good Alakazam.
Should i go randomly or evolve into Espeon?
I have used Sparky :-(
