Dratini...again

And another Dratini question. I rolled the dice on two Dratini so far and got

96 IV DT / O currently @ 3xxx CP
89 IV DB / HB (before move re-roll) @ 21xx CP

I was very lucky with hatching lately, so I am sitting at 172 candy and got two Dratini candidates:

56 IV 618 CP (would become a 28xx Dnite)
91 IV 479 CP (best hatch)

Not sure what my best option is

a) evolving the 618 CP one and feeding the remaining candies to the DB / HB
b) evolve the 479 CP one and feed the remaining candies depending on moveset on either the new Dnite or the DB / HB
c) max the DB / HB and wait until I get enough candy again to evolve another

What are your thoughts?

d) do nothing and wait for the gym rework ;-)

I guess this is the best thing to do as of now.....

I dunno. There is a possibility that DT/O goes the way of DB with rework too.

The question is whether the OP could really use or needs any particular evolutions/powered of versions of any of that right now or not.

Another Dragonite is not really needed currently, I can claim my 10 gym coins a day but get kicked out each night by a multi account user (around 3.a.m.). Rural solo player, only few gyms in reach and not being in the dominant team makes it hard to get 20 or more coins.
However, I still pity myself for not getting a DB / DC one and we might have the same scenario again soon. DT / H is also something desirable I guess.
