Dratini iv question

I max my top Dragonites and they still appear in my top 12. I vote for the 14/15/15 since you'll see it multiple times every day.

I would go for the 98% because it's closer to perfection. You might need to give it one more powerup to reach a breakpoint, which isn't a big deal. And to my knowledge Dragonite doesn't have any breakpoints that are reachable only at level 40 with 15 attack.

Both are good, but I don't think the one point of attack outweighs the two points of stamina and one of defense, assuming a/d/s. If they are listed as s/a/d, then the only reason you'd ask the question is that the 98% is level 1-5 and the 93% is level 28-35.

Frankly, if you have enough candy, dust and time, I'd evolve both, unless you have an army of maxed out Rayquaza. Dragonite is a great generalist, and is a great tank (that does lots of damage too) against grass and ground attackers.

Remember that there will be 3 legendary dragons coming with gen4. I'd go with the 93% first probably.
