Is this Dragonite worth powering up ?

It's an OK Dragonite, but I would not spend any precious Dratini candy on it!

Got the same moveset on my first dratini evolution (1800+CP). Pretty bummed didn't get dragon breath instead. Site grades Steel wing/ dragon claw as C. Not worth powering up?

I wouldn't spend stardust on it. It's a good defensive moveset but it's better if you save for a SW/DP or DB/DC one.

If Candies werent so precious i would say power it up, there is no bad moveset for dragonite. being that its hard to get those candies, I wouldnt spend on that one and i would save for a better moveset
