Dragonite with steel wing/outrage

I'm going to say that if you are looking for a defender, absolutely. Maybe the third or so best defensive set but a really solid one IMO.

I would definitely power that dragon up, unless you have a better option or are willing to wait goodness knows how long until you can hatch/catch another
