Is this even worth leveling up? There are no Dratini's where I live so it is very hard to get another.

B and C on rankings just not sure its worth it or save for more months hoping to get another?

If it were me, I would. Anything by hyper beam...I think hurricane is the best defensive move.

Hurricane Comes out of nowhere on defence because it is so fast plus SW is SE againt pure ice types so yah power him up

I would only power up sw/or. I even think HB is better than hurricane because of the dodge bug.

Nah I just battled one with HU today it is really hard to dodge It almost ko-ed my mon

I dont think any charge move is hard to dodge, since i dodge both quick and charge moves.
