Dragonite Question

Right now my main Dragonite is DT/O 91%.

I'd like to have a Hurricane Dragonite, and I have 111 candies.

I'm trying to decide which Dragonite to use a TM on:

1) DB/HB, level 37.5, but only 62% IV (my first Dragonite)
2) SW/H, level 21 (would power up to level 30 or above), 87%

I also have a level 16 DT/O 91% I could invest in if that's more important than DT or DB/H.

Make your dragonite a good attacker again :)

I would do 1.

I also have a DB/HB dragonite 56% IV... but lvl 20~, so in my case I don't know if it worths it. But your lvl 37 dragonite deserves that! xD

First of all, I understand wanting to have Hurricane, but having two Outrage is even better.
