Dragonite Power Up + TM?

The other day, I caught a 2664 CP, 47% IV wild Dragonite (5 Attack, 13 Defense, 3 HP). The Movesetrack is SW, Hurricane. It cuts through gyms like crazy! Is is worth it to power up to Lvl 30 or keep it at Lvl 28? Also, should I switch out SW for DT? I have 330,000 Stardust, 140 Dratini Candy, and 500 Rare Candy.

I recently used a charge TM on my Gyarados and now have Bite, Crunch. Have any of you found this Moveset to be advantageous? I would like to think when Megan Evolutions come out, it would be unstoppable.

No, evolve another higher IV one, since you have the candies.

There isn't one on this site...but not for lack of asking, begging and pleading.

It would appear they don't want to do it for what ever reason.
