Dragonite IV 38 caught in house.

I caught this guy this morning with 2255 CP. DB/HB, not horrible, not great. In spite of the IV 38, I powered him up to 2443 CP. Will see if he can fight later today.

Mistake powering him up? I am level 34.

Just prob not necessary since as an attacker, will work fine at 2255 and as defender, prob a bit too low in general and would sit near the bottom 3 slots in a gym with all those Rhydons and Vaporeons around.

If you like the move set, then why not?

I have 42% Snorlax with my favor move set (lick+body slam) waiting for power ups next summer.
(cant play much now, cus winter)

I personally dont like hyper beam, cus it has long animation time and you need to tank enemy dmg during it.

Snorlax is the best Pokémon to tank damage with. I would never be able to finish a fight attacking with Snorlax AND dodging. Snorlax takes too long to kill anything already as it is even if you don't dodge.
