Dragonite DT/Hyper Beam moveset
Hi all not sure if it has been asked many times but would like to seek for advice!
I've got below dragonite:
Lv 35.5 IV91 (15 for HP and Defense) with DB/DC
and just evolved another one today as it got impressive IV:
Lv20 IV97.8 (15 for Attack and HP) with DT/Hyper beam
Currently I have 17x candies and 910k dust. Would you think it worth powering up? I am quite conservative in dust usage and not sure if this moveset works against blissey.
Maybe my skills are not that good but I found my DB/DC one did not work well as suggested from the article here against blissey (it ranks the 3rd least time required to beat down blissey but quite a number of attempts it takes much much longer time to get it done - usually facing cp~3000-3100 blissey for me).
As Hyper beam is quite slow, would hear from your suggestion if it worth powering up?

o I never tried an eggy against blissey as mine is zen headbutt/solar beam. Would you think Confusion performs better than Extrasensory?
As no stab for hyper beam, i just wondering if there is use for the DT/hyper beam dragnite or should just leave it there. The only use I could think of would be against blissey for a hyper beam moveset....
I am not intentionally looking for dratini and I 've got 172 candies now. It would be pretty much enough to power up my Lv 35.5 DB/DC one (it's 3303 cp now and I think I will probably stop at this point).
So just wondering if it worth stardust invest for DT/Hyper beam - I will prefer my mons for attacking moveset rather than staying longer at gym due to current gym setting.
