Whitch one to evolve? Lvl 35 got 3 nites already.
1233 cp Dragonair iv 76 lvl 28
495 cp Dragonair iv 93 or lvl 14?
480 cp dratin iv 91 lvl 20
got 125 candy.
First is good battler already. rest need more candy.

91 IV dratini would probably be your best bet.

Check how much CP the 91 Dratini and the 93 Dragonair can get.. If the Dragonair can get higher CP go for it cause you will have additional 26 Candys to power it up. Should be higher than evolving the Dratini straight up if I'm not mistaken

If it get's a bad Moveset you have 26 Candys to power up your others or wait for another evolution

If you are hoping for an attacker, go with the L28, so you won't need to power up (it would save 60+ candies over the L14).
If you are hoping for a defender, go with the L14. You may want to wait in that case until you have 40 more candies for powering.
