Is this Dragonair worth to evolve?

Hello. I have a Dratini 332 CP 15/13/14 that i want to evolve but only when i get at least ~170 candys, so i can evolve and power up it. I'm level 28 (almost 29) and only got 121 Dratini's candy . But I have a Dragonair 1307 CP 15/5/15. So, it's high CP and max Attack and Hp.. Do you guys think it's worth to evolve? .

Personally, I'd prefer all IV stats to be 10/10/10 or higher for my high CP gym holders. So I would evolve the Dratini in this case.
I'm also lvl29 with 2 dragonites (so far)

No, a high CP and saving 25 candies don't compensate a terrible defense.

The only reason I would consider evolving the Dragonair is if you DO NOT power it up at all. IVs don't make much of a difference if you aren't going to power it up. The problem with evolving a Dratini that's that low CP, is if it gets bad moves, you won't want to power it up either, so you'll be stuck with a low CP Dragonite instead of one that'll be a powerhouse by default.

Both are viable, it really depends on the moveset you get on your Dragonite.
