Dragon Pulse or Hyper beam for attack on dragonite?

I just recently evolved 3 dragonites with the following iv and moveset:

the first one; 2118 cp 13A 13D 13H 89% got steel wing / hyper beam which sucks because i already had a 95% one with the same moveset for defending, i wanted steel wing and pulse but no luck.

the second one 2621 cp 15A 15D 11H 86% and it got dragon breath and dragon pulse.

the third one 2597 cp 15A 8D 12H 78% with dragon breath and pulse.

my best dragonite attacker(cp) is 3085 cp with 15A 0D 15H 66% with dragon breath and hyper beam.

my goal with the three evolution was to get dragon breath and dragon claw but i had no luck with that. Instead i got dragon breath and pulse.

Im level 35 and im wondering if i should keep powering up the 3085 dragonite with hyper beam or the new one with dragon pulse. What moveset do you guys prefer on dragonite?

Dragon Claw > Dragon Pulse > Hyper Beam and all the three charge moves are great since the Dragonite have Dragon Breath as quick attack IMO.

Would dragon pulse be better dps against a dragonite because of the Stab and super effective bonus, compared to hyper beam?

Yes. Using the numbers on the Dragonite page on this site, the 1.25 SE multiplier means that the true DPS of DP against another dragon would be 37.15 whereas the true DPS of HB would be 31.60.

I would also prefer DB over HB because of it's shorter cooldown (though 3.6 seconds is still a pretty long time for an attack).

Dragon Claw is so dirty on offense. That and Body Slam are Charge Move freaks of Nature. They basically have the same cooldown of a quick move. Think about this: you can use X-Scissor and still dodge in between Confusion on Egg. Dragon Claw's cooldown is a full 0.5 sec faster.
It's really something like:
Claw >>>Pulse>Hyper Beam

With Pulse's 3.6 sec cooldown you'll get hit with at least a quick attack anyway...maybe a charge. Hyper Beam at 5.0 sec guarantees you're tanking something, but he's got the base stats to handle it. In return you're getting over 2x the dmg. I honestly have similar luck with both.

Edit: I wouldn't keep powering it up. At 3k it will do its job and sit in the top half of a gym just fine. Wait and spend your resources on Steel/Pulse - and even that will get its butt kicked fairly easily

No dodging video.
Taking dodge info consideration, dragon claw is the best for sure.
Then dragon pulse.
Hyperbeam is good but too long to charge.
